Job Title: Business Head – Software Sales
Location: Chennai Company: ViFin Industry: IT Services/ERP/ Voice BOT Role Overview The Business Head – Software Sales will be responsible for leading the overall sales function, driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and expanding the company’s market footprint. This is a senior leadership role that demands strategic thinking, strong ownership, and proven experience in scaling SaaS/Software sales across multiple regions (India and Overseas Market) Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, qualification, demos, and proposals to negotiation and closure. • Conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers to present and demonstrate ViFin’s SaaS platform. • Build, nurture, and manage a strong pipeline across assigned territories. • Understand client needs, business workflows, and articulate the product’s value effectively. • Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales reports, and forecasting. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Represent the company’s in client meetings, events, and relevant business interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS field sales experience. • Proven track record in client acquisition, solution selling, and meeting revenue goals. • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Ability to work independently in a highly target-driven environment. • Solid understanding of SaaS sales processes and enterprise selling. • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. • Willingness to travel for client meetings as required. • Managed both direct teams and channel partners Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferable)
