Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Corporate & SME located in Vadodara. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing corporate and SME insurance portfolios, evaluating client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include overseeing risk management services, negotiating with insurance providers for competitive rates, providing advisory services, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely support. The role also involves coordinating with the claims settlement team to expedite claim processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Management and Claims Support
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure competitive rates
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of comprehensive policy fit and customized insurance solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications in insurance and risk management are a plus
• Proven track record in managing insurance portfolios and client advisory services
