Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Area Manager, located in Mahesana. The Area Manager will oversee business development activities, manage and nurture client relationships, and drive the achievement of sales targets within the designated area. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, collaborating with the claims team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves team leadership, training, and fostering continuous growth.

• Strong ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service.
• Understanding of Insurance Products, Risk Management, and Claim Process Management.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Experience in managing an on-site team and delivering results within deadlines is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
