About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Head / Business Head to lead our growing team of 100+ professionals. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large teams across Sales, Business Development, and Service Execution and Business Operations with a strong track record of driving performance through effective people management, KPI and KRA monitoring, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Sales, Business Development, and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
• Define, track, and manage team KPIs and KRAs to align with business objectives.
• Drive business growth by implementing strategies for market expansion and client retention.
• Establish operational excellence through structured processes and performance monitoring.
• Provide strategic direction to the leadership team while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Mentor and develop team managers, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals and service delivery standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years preferred) in leadership roles within the service industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams (100+members) across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of Business development, and service delivery operations.
• Expertise in setting, reviewing, and achieving KPIs and KRAs.
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong educational background (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
