The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting operations , regulatory compliance, and financial reporting within the NBFC sector . Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate bank reconciliations on a daily/monthly basis Handle GST computation, return filing , and reconciliation in compliance with statutory guidelines Manage TDS deduction, deposit, and return filing activities Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, and books of accounts Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end account closing activities Maintain compliance with accounting standards and NBFC regulations Key Skills: Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles & NBFC-specific compliance Practical experience in GST & TDS handling Good knowledge of financial statement preparation Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.) Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with strong communication skills What We Offer: Opportunity to work in a fast-growing NBFC environment Exposure to end-to-end finance and accounting operations A collaborative, learning-focused work culture Competitive salary and benefits Show more Show less
