📅 Experience Required: 6 months – 2 year (NBFC/Financial Services)

What You’ll Do:

🔸 Handle and resolve employee/customer grievances effectively

🔸 Maintain clear, professional communication

🔸 Collaborate with departments to ensure employee/customer satisfaction

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

✔️ Prior experience (6 months – 1 year) in an NBFC or Financial Services setup
