Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head, located in Kochi. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the company's business operations especially in chit business and implementing strategies to ensure growth and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating the activities of various departments, developing and executing business plans, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Business Head will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in financial services, particularly in gold loans and chits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to develop and execute business plans and strategies
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
