The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the nancial markets, a proven track record in leadership roles, and deep exper¢se in Forex trading. As a Business Head, you will be responsible for spearheading business strategy, expansion, and opera¢onal excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibili¢es: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Strategic Leadership: Dene, implement, and drive short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals. Team Management: Build and manage high-performing teams across business development, client servicing, opera¢ons, and compliance. Business Development: Iden¢fy new market opportuni¢es, partnerships, and revenue streams in the Forex trading ecosystem. P&L Ownership: Full ownership of the Prot & Loss, budge¢ng, and resource alloca¢on. Client Rela¢onship Management: Oversee client acquisi¢on, reten¢on, and sa¢sfac¢on strategies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all ac¢vi¢es are aligned with the guidelines and regula¢ons of relevant nancial authori¢es. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, compe¢tor landscape, and market developments to adapt strategies proac¢vely. Travel: Willingness to travel across domes¢c and interna¢onal loca¢ons as needed. Candidate Requirements: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Experience: Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role in the Forex Trading Industry. Industry Exper¢se: Strong knowledge and understanding of Forex markets, trading pla¢orms, risk management, and compliance regula¢ons. Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, team building, excellent communica¢on, and business acumen. Educa¢on: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administra¢on, Economics, or a related eld preferred. Travel Requirement: Must be comfortable with frequent travel as per business needs.
