Role Overview: We are inviting applications for the position of Business Head. This role is exclusively designed for graduates from IIT, IIM, NIT, or IIIT with a strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or management and 0–2 years of experience. The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with the Founder & CEO, gaining direct exposure to business strategy, operations, and client management, with a leadership role in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Founder to understand and execute the company’s strategic roadmap.
• Oversee and orchestrate key initiatives across Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Web Development, and Technology Operations.
• Drive innovation, performance optimization, and client success across business verticals.
• Provide thought leadership while fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
• Assume ownership of high-impact projects with a focus on measurable outcomes and organizational growth.

Candidate Profile (Requirements):

• Alumni of IIT/IIM/NIT/IIIT (Computer Science & Management background is essential).
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, research projects, or entrepreneurial exposure will be valued).
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong aspiration to evolve into a Business Head role.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
