Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead our operations and digital marketing efforts. This person will be responsible for running the entire company’s day-to-day activities, handling clients, managing teams, and ensuring outstanding delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all company operations to ensure smooth functioning and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SMO, lead generation, and website development.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve targets and maintain performance standards.
• Interact with clients regularly, understand their requirements, and deliver strategies tailored to their needs.
• Keep clients updated on progress, performance, and new opportunities.
• Ensure timely execution of projects with high quality.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and implement improvements.
• Take complete ownership and responsibility for the company’s success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, SMO, lead generation, web development).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital Marketing : 1 year (Required)
