Our services include brand endorsements, casting, film marketing and distribution, subscription-based app development, online courses, author consultation, and editing. We excel in story writing, screenplay development, direction, production, and project management across films, TV, web series, short videos, podcasts, influencer marketing, and YouTube management.


Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the media, entertainment, or events industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand partnerships, talent management, and client servicing within the entertainment ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and supporting the execution of creative business initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in Artist / Talent management or event business is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.


Key Responsibilities:

For the Author (Talk Shows, Podcasts, InstaLive, Brand Endorsements):

  1. Identify and pitch to relevant platforms, event organizers, corporate bodies, educational institutions, and brands for:
  2. Motivational talks, panel discussions, literary festivals
  3. Guest appearances on podcasts, InstaLive, and YouTube channels
  4. Brand endorsement opportunities
  5. Customize pitches based on the author’s persona, audience appeal, and brand alignment
  6. Maintain an updated database of opportunities, event planners, podcast creators, and PR firms

For the Singer (Live Shows, Band Performances, Corporate Gigs):

  1. Generate leads from event organizers, wedding planners, college fests, corporates, and hospitality venues
  2. Promote availability and offerings of live solo/band performances
  3. Pitch for ticketed concerts, destination weddings, and corporate evenings
  4. Customize offerings based on budget, audience type, and occasion

Lead Management & Conversion:

  1. Generate leads via cold outreach, email marketing, lead generating platforms, referrals, and industry networking
  2. Develop proposals, pitch decks, artist profiles, and rate cards
  3. Negotiate commercials, inclusions, and deliverables
  4. Close deals independently and ensure all verbal and written communication is documented

Operational Execution:

  1. Share contracts or MoUs with clients and follow up on signatures and advance payments
  2. Raise invoices in coordination with the accounts team
  3. Ensure payment collection in advance 

Post-Event Follow-Up:

  1. Collect testimonials, photographs, or PR content for portfolio enhancement
  2. Maintain healthy client relationships for repeat business and referrals


Target & KPIs: Monthly Target:

  1. Leads Generated:

    Minimum 30 warm leads per month (combined for author and singer)
  2. Conversions/Closures:

    At least 6–8 paid bookings per month
  3. Collection Efficiency:

    100% payments collection in advance 
  4. Client Retention/Repeat Bookings:

    At least 2 per month
