Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Growth Manager — someone who’s part sales strategist, part AI-native creator, and full-time deal closer.


𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

You’ll be the frontline driver of growth — crafting proposals, pitching to founders, coordinating with internal and vendor teams, and closing deals.


You’ll also use AI tools and design platforms like Canva, Gamma, or PowerPoint to create high-impact decks, proposals, and content strategies that win clients.


𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Identify, engage, and convert inbound/outbound startup leads.

 • Craft proposals, pitch decks, and presentations using AI tools + MS PowerPoint / Canva / Gamma.

 • Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and close deals with precision.

 • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Legal, Marketing, Funding) and external vendors for smooth project onboarding.

 • Build and maintain a proposal content library using AI (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.).

 • Generate creative strategies and campaign ideas for founders and brands.

 • Keep CRM & pipeline updated — track leads, conversions, and communications.

 • Stay on top of AI, startup, and marketing trends — and apply them daily.

  


𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

 • Proven experience in sales / business development / client strategy (agency or startup background preferred).

 • Excellent communication & storytelling skills — you can sell ideas with clarity.

 • Strong command of AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, SlidesAI, etc.).

 • Proficiency in presentation tools — Canva / MS PowerPoint / Gamma.

 • Understanding of marketing, tech, or startup services.

 • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams & manage deadlines.

 • Self-driven, confident, and entrepreneurial mindset.

  

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:

  • Experience working with creative or digital agencies.
  • Knowledge of startup funding, branding, or tech ecosystems.
  • Experience building automation workflows using AI or tools like Zapier.
  • Comfortable on camera (for occasional founder presentations).
