Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years of experience working as Business

Growth Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

territories. Promote and sell IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and IPA solutions.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets, engage with prospects

to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

Account Management

identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries

and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews

with key accounts.

Collaboration & Coordination:

ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects. Collaborate with senior business

managers to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Market Intelligence:

competitive activity. Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team to refine strategies

and offerings.

Reporting & Documentation:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.

• Proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and resolving challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
