Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Finance Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Business Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis processes, developing and overseeing business planning activities, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring effective financial management and compliance. The role involves collaborating with various departments to drive financial performance and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Financial Planning, including budgeting and forecasting
• Expertise in Business Planning and strategic development
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and trends
• Proficiency in Finance, including capital management and cost control
• Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification such as ACA or ACMA is a plus
• Experience in the technology or engineering industry is desirable
