Business Development Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined fresher to join our Sales & Business Development team in our MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) division. The candidate will support day-to-day sales, marketing, customer coordination, and documentation activities while learning the processes involved in aviation component MRO operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in identifying new customer opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic commercial documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Stores, Planning, Production, Quality, and Logistics) for timely updates and customer communication.
• Maintain customer data, enquiry logs, follow-up sheets, and basic MIS reports.
• Help in drafting emails, updates, and marketing content under supervision.
• Assist in monitoring job status, TAT, and delivery schedules for customer units.
• Support customer visits, audits, and presentations as required.
• Learn and understand basic MRO processes, capability lists, and service offerings.
• Perform other sales or administrative tasks assigned as part of on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BSc, BA, or equivalent).
• 0 years experience – Strictly for freshers.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn technical processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work in a structured aviation environment.
• Interest in sales, customer coordination, and business development.
