Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits in line with regulatory authority requirements and company procedures. Ensure compliance with DGCA/EASA/FAA/ISO standards, and internal quality policies. Investigate customer complaints and quality issues; initiate root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain up-to-date records of approvals, audit findings, corrective actions, and compliance checklists. Monitor adherence to maintenance manuals, technical documentation, and SOPs. Support the review and approval of technical documents and maintenance records. Assist in day to day activity to Quality Manager for regulatory audits and liaise with auditors and inspectors. Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements: AME / Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering/ QAS from Indian Airforce or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance within an aviation MRO or airline environment. Familiarity with DGCA, EASA, or FAA regulations . Experience in audits, non-conformance handling, and document control. Working knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Strong documentation and communication skills.
