We are hiring Wheels and Brakes Technicians to work on aircraft components as per OEM, regulatory, and company standards. This is a hands-on technical role in the disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing of wheel and brake systems. Key Responsibilities : Disassemble aircraft wheel and brake assemblies for scheduled inspections and repairs. Clean and inspect wheel halves, bearings, seals, and brake components for wear or damage. Carry out detailed visual inspections on all parts of wheels and breaks to identify defects as per the component maintenance manual ( CMM ) Replace tyres, seals, and hardware as needed; repack bearings and ensure correct torqueing during assembly. Use precision tools (e.g. micrometers, calipers) to measure and record part condition. Perform pressure tests and functional tests as per OEM/MRO manual guidelines. Complete job cards and maintenance documentation accurately and legibly. Ensure work areas, tools, and equipment are kept clean and calibrated as required. Minimum Requirements: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent technical certification. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in aircraft wheel and brake maintenance preferred. Ability to read Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and technical drawings. Knowledge of torqueing, bearing maintenance, and hydraulic test procedures. Familiarity with safety and ESD procedures. Willingness to work in shifts and handle physically demanding tasks.
