Key Responsibilities 1. Quality System Management Maintain the RTRC's QMS as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Ensure compliance with NABL, BIS, FDAS, BSI, and other regulatory bodies. Prepare, review, update, and maintain the quality manual, SOPs, and documentation. Evaluation customer feedback as a source of improvement 2. Audit & Compliance Conduct internal audits Support and coordinate for external audits (NABL, BIS, FDAS, BSI, customer audits). Ensure timely closure of non-conformities (NCs) and implementation of corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain records of surveillance, reassessment, and scope extension audits. Interaction with auditors, PT providers Ensure satisfactory closure of customer complaints. 3. Training & Competence Conduct training sessions for laboratory personnel on quality and technical requirements. Maintain competency records of staff as per accreditation standards.
B.tech Electrical with min. 2 Years experience. Must poses experience of testing of distribution transformers as per IS 1180 (part 1) and IS 2026. (Candidate without this experience need not apply).
