Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Professional located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Professional will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, providing customer service, and leveraging analytical skills to identify new business opportunities. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, and developing strategies to expand market presence. Responsibilities: Identify, research, and engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, etc.). Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Strategically cultivate and expand business opportunities across both domestic and international markets, leveraging market insights and industry best practices to drive sustainable growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts. Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Managing CRM tools like Hubspot and Maintain CRM records, track sales progress, and report performance metrics to senior management. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Identify and represent o2h at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
