Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will engage in generating leads, developing effective sales strategies, and converting prospective clients to onboard societies. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, delivering presentations to prospective stakeholders, meeting sales targets, and reporting sales progress to the management team. Additionally, the role involves market research to identify new sales opportunities and staying updated on product and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in lead generation, sales strategy development, and client conversion
• Market research expertise and an understanding of industry trends
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in CRM tools and creating sales reports
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in prop-tech or community management-related sales is a plus
