Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bhosari MIDC. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing strategies to attract new customers, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategic planning Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research Proficient in providing high-quality Customer Service Ability to work on-site in Chakan Experience in the industrial tech sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
