Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist, based in Nashik. The role involves driving technical sales initiatives by developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored AI-driven industrial solutions. Daily tasks include engaging in effective communication with clients, providing technical product demonstrations, delivering technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position also requires collaboration with internal technical teams to meet sales goals and deliver innovative solutions.

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Hands-on expertise in Technical Support with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to align client needs with solutions in an Industrial or AI Technologies context
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in industrial or AI technology sectors is highly advantageous
