About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to support and drive the end-to-end proposal development and bidding process for infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing compelling proposals, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the infrastructure consulting space and is passionate about winning new business. Key Responsibilities: Analyze RFPs/RFQs and prepare pre-bid queries for submission to clients. Collaborate with technical teams to develop project-specific technical approaches and methodologies. Prepare financial proposals in coordination with finance and estimation teams. Conduct mock sessions to support technical teams in presentation delivery. Finalize expert CVs in line with client specifications, emphasizing relevant experience and qualifications. Validate key expert details including qualifications, experience, and certifications. Coordinate with HR to ensure authenticity of submitted documentation. Maintain structured records of proposals, expert CVs, and supporting documents. Track upcoming bids, maintain a bid calendar, and support overall business acquisition efforts. Required Skills: Strong proposal writing and business communication skills. Good understanding of the infrastructure sector and consulting business environment. Strong organizational and document management abilities. Ability to work on multiple proposals under tight deadlines with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, EEE, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
