Urgent Vacancy - Project Coordinator - Civil Eng - 3 to 5 years- Ahmedabad

Major Job responsibilities include but not limited to:  Responsible for the efficient operation of designated International Design and Supervision (Sector: Highway and Water distribution) Consultancy Projects from AARVEE regional office.  Coordinating project activities with Client, JV partner, Lead Office, Project manager and Project site team to ensure the smooth operation of the overall project.  Assisting the Project Manager in monitoring and reporting on project progress from the Regional Office and Monitoring Project schedules of the contractors.  Organizing Quarterly meeting with JV partner to overlook project progress, Contractual and Financial issues of the Project.  Reviewing Extension of Time (EOT) proposal of Contractor and Preparing Extension of Time (EOT) proposal for Consultant.  Reviewing Project Schedules of Contractor  Preparing Contractual letters and Contract addendums for Consultants  Negotiations, Drafting and Finalizing MoU with sub-consultants  Reviewing Contractor’s MPR, QPR and APR for progress tracking of all the assigned international projects.  Finalizing Consultant MPRs in coordination with the Project Manager.  Participating in Monthly review meetings with client for all the assigned projects.  Finalizing the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for Project review meetings with Project Manager, JV partner, and client.  Oversee billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Consultant invoices. Qualifications Requirements :  3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in consultancy organization or contractor repute  Experience in project management and ability to prepare step-by-step action plans  Good organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management  Strong client-facing and teamwork skills  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office  Bachelor’s degree in civil and Master Degree in Project Management is preferred Show more Show less
