Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, efficiently handling office equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include organizing meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the office operates smoothly. The Office Manager will act as a point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the office.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
- Experience with handling Office Equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferable
