Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loan & Overdraft Location: Sector 62 NOIDA Department: Unsecured Loans / Sales Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell unsecured credit products, specifically Personal Loans and Overdrafts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these products and a strong sales drive to meet and exceed targets through lead generation, client engagement, and efficient loan processing. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate potential leads for personal loans and overdraft facilities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital outreach. Explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements of unsecured credit products to prospects. Assess customer requirements and financial profile to offer suitable solutions (PL or OD). Ensure accurate collection of documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for processing and disbursement. Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure successful conversions and onboarding. Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and lead conversion targets. Maintain regular engagement with existing customers for cross-selling and referrals. Stay updated on the latest lending policies, competition offerings, and compliance norms. Key Requirements:Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM in Finance or Sales preferred. Experience: 1-3 years in sales of unsecured loan products (preferably PL/OD).
