Job Description

Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad Department: Sales & Operations Work Mode: Full-time, in-office Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience) + performance incentives 📌 Roles & Responsibilities: B2B Sales: Identify, call, and follow up with Indian grocery stores and restaurants in the USA Introduce product catalog and pricing; handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email Build long-term relationships with store owners, restaurant managers, and wholesale buyers Track and convert cold leads into customers using a structured sales process Coordinate product samples and pricing quotes with the U.S. distributor CRM Management: Maintain all customer and lead data inside Zoho CRM Monitor lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups through workflows or manually Update deal stages, add notes, set reminders, and handle basic email communication via CRM Coordinate with internal logistics, marketing, and accounts teams to ensure customer satisfaction 🎯 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or similar) 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or CRM-based roles Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or American accent is a bonus) Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM is a big plus Strong telephone etiquette, persistence, and follow-up skills Willingness to work in the evening shift (overlap with U.S. time zones)
