Business Development & Sales Executive

Job Description: Business Development Executive (Photography Industry) Position: BD Executive Industry: Photography / Production House Experience: 1 year+ (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply) Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for photography and videography services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, studios, and corporate partners. Understand client requirements and offer suitable photography packages. Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings. Create proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Coordinate with internal teams (photographers, editors, operations) for smooth execution of shoots. Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client communication. Attend events or meetings when required for business expansion. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of photography, shoots, and industry terms (training can be provided). Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently. Good follow-up and CRM management skills.
