Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Field Executive to visit sub-registrar offices, banks, and property transaction points across Hyderabad to gather verified leads of property buyers, sellers, and high-net-worth individuals (with ₹1.5–2+ crore transaction history). This role is crucial to building Kaptain Group’s exclusive property leads database. Key Responsibilities:Visit Sub-Registrar Offices daily to collect fresh leads of individuals who have bought or sold properties. Liaise with bank officials to identify and capture leads of HNI clients (₹1.5–2+ crore+ balances/transactions). Maintain relationships with local writers, brokers, and agents to receive lead information. Verify accuracy of lead data (name, contact, transaction type, property value). Submit collected leads to the central CRM system daily. Generate daily/weekly reports of leads gathered. Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial & property data. Requirements:Graduate (preferred: commerce, business, or real estate-related background). 1–3 years’ experience in real estate field work, banking DSA, or sales lead generation. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad. Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, and English).
