two ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

to accelerate our outbound sales engine and fuel growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our sales efforts — sparking the first conversations with global e-commerce businesses and turning them into high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives.If you thrive on building connections, writing creative outreach, and breaking through the noise to start meaningful conversations, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do

Own the Funnel:

Drive the top of the sales pipeline by generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for Account Executives.

Outbound Prospecting:

Identify and connect with e-commerce decision-makers through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel campaigns.

Creative Outreach:

Craft compelling messages that cut through the noise and spark genuine interest in our solutions.

Trusted Conversations:

Lead consultative conversations to uncover pain points and position our product as a solution.

Collaboration:

Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and maximize conversion rates.

Experiment & Improve:

Continuously test new prospecting strategies and share insights to strengthen the overall sales playbook.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience:

0–2 years in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or lead generation (SaaS/tech startup experience is a plus but not required).

Communication:

Confident, clear, and engaging communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Creativity:

A knack for writing attention-grabbing outreach that makes prospects want to respond.

Curiosity:

You genuinely enjoy learning about people and uncovering their challenges.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

You’ve always found ways to sell — whether it’s products, ideas, or opportunities.
