Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at PracticeSuite, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead all sales efforts by generating leads and ensuring a healthy pipeline for our Sales Team. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their pain points, and creating interest in our solutions. Here's what you'll be doing: - Perform outbound prospecting through calls and emails to qualify target companies - Identify the correct contacts and their roles within the company to determine objectives, pain points, processes, and improvement opportunities - Follow outlines to reach targeted goals, set appointments, and follow up on leads - Identify opportunities and pain points within a prospect's business to generate interest in our solutions - Schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Team to assess a prospect's business and partnership potential - Take detailed notes and utilize automation within our CRM system, HubSpot - Locate potential new clients through online research, event marketing, call-driven approaches, etc. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Good listener and strong communicator via chat, video, phone, and email - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a fast learner - Understanding of HubSpot CRM and SaaS business - BDR outbound call experience or 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients - Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, problem-solving, and negotiation skills - Time management, organizational skills, flexibility, adaptability to change, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team In addition to the above, PracticeSuite is a fast-growing cloud computing software company with a national presence and a cloud-based 360Office Platform for healthcare facilities.
