Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound lead generation, prospecting new clients in both domestic and international markets—particularly North America. You will leverage your communication skills and business acumen to expand our client base, nurture prospects, and ensure our sales pipeline stays active and growing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting:

  • Send cold emails to potential clients in various domestic and international markets.
  • Initiate and manage outreach campaigns via cold calling and LinkedIn messaging to generate quality leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Lead Generation & Tools:

  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io, along with other lead generation platforms, to identify and qualify new prospects.
  • Create and manage lead lists using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and similar tools for data organization and tracking.

CRM & Process Management:

  • Maintain and update records in CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking of outreach, pipeline stage, and follow-ups.
  • Execute and optimize email sequences for automated follow-up nurturing.
  • Conduct close, consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.

Communication:

  • Engage with prospects in fluent, professional English—writing, speaking, and reading—across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Represent the company’s brand with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Work Schedule:

  • Willingness to work until late night to cover North American (US/Canada) time zones as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven hands-on experience in outbound business development, including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; must be comfortable and clear in communication with international prospects.
  • Familiarity with lead-generation and sales automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, hub-based CRMs (preferably HubSpot), and email automation platforms.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and other documentation tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a knack for follow-through and process improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work late shifts aligned with North American business hours.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience working with international markets, especially the US and Canada.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong research and analytical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with additional CRM and lead management tools will be an advantage.
