Business Development Representative (BDR)

• Lead Generation:

  Identify, source, and qualify high-value prospects using strategic research, database mining, web scraping, and professional networking platforms.

• Outbound Prospecting:

  Engage prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce Logic Pursuits’ offerings and generate interest.

• Campaign Support:

  Promote sales campaigns and marketing events through targeted outreach.

• Pipeline Management:

  Maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team to convert into opportunities.

• CRM Management:

  Record and track lead generation activities and key performance metrics in CRM systems.

• Follow-up:

  Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to advance them to sales-ready status.

• Collaboration:

  Partner closely with senior client partners to ensure smooth handover from prospecting to deal closure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or MBA (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales for

  Data Engineering and Analytics services

  (experience with US geography preferred).
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities that convert to revenue.
• Strong research skills for prospect identification.
• Professional sales training is a plus.

• Prior experience with

  pure-play Data Engineering / Analytics firms

  or similar practices in IT services.
• Exposure to companies such as Tiger Analytics, Tredence, Sigmoid, Math Co, Fractal, Latent View Analytics, Mu Sigma, Blend, Celebal, etc.
