About the Role

We are looking for English-speaking Customer Success Associates with technical troubleshooting skills. This role is part of an international process and requires excellent problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international domain.
• Mandatory: Prior technical support / troubleshooting experience.
• Language: Excellent English communication (C1 level).
• Strong spoken skills with a

  neutral accent and clear grammar

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer queries and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide timely resolutions and ensure end-to-end support.
• Record customer interactions and maintain documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹32,000 CTC per month.
• Both side cab facility.
• Rotational shifts (Male & Female).
