Job Title: Business Development Executive – Medical / Ayurvedic Division
Location: Hastinapuram, BN reddy
Employment Type: Full-Time
Preferred Qualification: B.Tech (Male/Female)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to drive business growth and manage day-to-day operations. The role involves generating sales, handling customer relations, creating invoices, managing stock, assisting with GST filing, and supporting marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and achieve sales targets for Ayurvedic and healthcare products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare invoices, maintain sales records, and coordinate with accounts for smooth billing and collections.
  • GST & Compliance: Assist in GST filing processes and maintain necessary compliance documents.
  • Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor product availability, track inward/outward stock movement, and maintain accurate records.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Participate in marketing campaigns, product presentations, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Customer Follow-up: Ensure regular communication for repeat orders, payments, and feedback.
  • Reporting: Prepare business performance reports and provide insights for management decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical, Ayurvedic, or nutraceutical sales/business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Tally/ERP, and basic GST filing.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Male/Female, B.Tech graduate.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C medical/pharma sales preferred.
  • Ability to manage both administrative and field operations efficiently.
