About The Role

Google ChromeOS & Browser Enterprise clients
as they continue their successful expansion into the
North America Enterprise space
.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Google Chrome Enterprise sales motion for the North America region. This role is pivotal in driving demand generation, creating qualified opportunities and building meaningful customer relationships across mid-to-large enterprises.The BDR will engage with prospects through both inbound and outbound calling efforts, research-driven outreach, and personalized strategies. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential industries and personas, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting the foundation for long-term customer success with Google Chrome Enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound cold calls to a defined book of business (BoB), generating interest and uncovering opportunities for Chrome Enterprise products.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads to ensure a timely and professional response, maximizing conversion rates.
- Conduct extensive research on accounts, industries, and buyer personas to create accurate customer profiles and prioritize outreach.
- Scrub and validate data to ensure accuracy and relevancy in prospecting activities.
- Develop and implement personalized outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) targeting decision-makers and influencers across industries such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, finance and Government organizations.
- Identify customer pain points and map them to Google Chrome Enterprise solutions (ChromeOS, Chrome browser, Chrome devices and management tools).
- Collaborate with FSR's (Googlers) to ensure seamless hand-off of qualified opportunities.
- Track, update, and maintain all prospect interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems and manual reporting.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, qualified opportunities followed with stage-wise movement, and achieve ACV targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCA, Sales and Marketing/Business Development/International Business/Strategic Management/Operations Management.
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales in the US North America region is mandatory.
- Customer success or account management experience is needed.
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, presentation and negotiation skills
- Tech savvy and proficient with Google workspace, Microsoft Office, sales/customer success technology
