Job_Description":" Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth, focusing on the Data Management and Data Analytics space. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and support the sales pipeline.

This role requires working in the US EST timezone to collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Research target accounts in Data Management, Data Analytics, and Cloud-based technologies.
    • Market Engagement:

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and stakeholders.
      • Understand customer pain points and map them to LumenDatasolutions.
      • Pipeline Management:

        • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to manage and grow the sales pipeline.
        • Schedule and participate in discovery calls, demos, and presentations.
        • Industry Expertise:

          • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in technologies like Informatica , Snowflake , Databricks , and other cloud-based platforms.
          • Communicate technical capabilities and business value to potential clients.
          • Data Insights:

            • Analyze and report lead generation and conversion metrics to optimize sales strategies.
            • Use CRM tools to track and manage all sales activities effectively.
              Qualifications & Skills:
              Required:
              • Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
              • 2 to 5 years of experience in a BDR or related role, preferably in Data Management or Data Analytics domains.
              • Having a solid understanding of technologies like Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, and similar platforms is highly desirable
              • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
              • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
              • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
                Preferred:
                • Experience working with US-based clients.
                • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
                • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and data integration frameworks.
