Business Development Representative

As a Telecaller at our company, your role is crucial in being the first point of contact for potential clients seeking guidance on visa processes and consultations. Your proactive and confident approach will help in effectively guiding clients through their journey. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients from our verified lead list. - Explain visa options such as Study Visa and Tourist Visa. - Guide clients on document requirements and eligibility criteria. - Schedule consultations with our immigration counselors. - Maintain client records in the CRM and follow up regularly. - Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. - Deliver top-notch customer service and represent our brand with professionalism. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. - Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Strong persuasion and client-handling ability with a sales-driven mindset. - Deep understanding of immigration/visa processes. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented. - Proficient in using computers (MS Office, CRM systems, emails).
