Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/property demos.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/properties and solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates with management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) for smooth order/booking execution and customer service.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
