Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Medical Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive with medical sales experience to manage sales calls, customer relationships, and day-to-day operational tasks. The role involves creating invoices, handling GST filing, stock management, generating sales leads, customer follow-ups, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Telecalling: Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, and distributors for product promotion and sales generation.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare accurate invoices and maintain proper billing records.
• GST & Compliance: Assist in GST return filing, maintain compliance-related documents, and coordinate with accounts.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Customer Follow-up: Maintain strong relationships with customers, handle queries, and follow up for payments/orders.
• Marketing Support: Assist in promotional campaigns, share product information, and support field sales efforts.
• Reporting: Maintain sales records, telecalling reports, and update management on progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech preferred).
• Prior experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
• Good communication & persuasion skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office, billing software (Tally/ERP preferred), and GST process.
• Ability to handle multitasking – sales + operations + documentation.
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Male/Female, B.Tech graduate.
• Experience in telecalling/inside sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
