Role Objective

The Business Development professional will be responsible for driving growth for B2B service offerings in the UAE market through market research, opportunity identification, strategic planning, and execution.

The role requires strong UAE market understanding, combined with the practical use of AI tools for research, analysis, planning, and performance optimization.

This is a hands-on growth role, not a coordination or documentation-only position.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification

• Conduct continuous UAE market research focused on:
• B2B service demand
• Compliance-driven and process-oriented services
• Emerging gaps and unmet client needs
• Identify new business scopes, verticals, and service extensions.
• Study competitors, pricing models, and value propositions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, trend analysis, and data validation.

2. Business Planning & Strategy

• Convert research insights into:
• Actionable business plans
• Go-to-market strategies
• Service positioning frameworks
• Define target customer profiles and decision-maker personas.
• Assist management in planning:
• Market entry approaches
• Expansion strategies
• Service bundling and upselling

3. Execution & Growth Enablement

• Support execution of approved business development plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams for rollout.
• Track execution progress against defined milestones.
• Ensure strategies move beyond planning into measurable outcomes.

4. AI-Enabled Analysis & Optimization

• Use AI tools for:
• Market intelligence
• Data analysis
• Business forecasting
• Competitive benchmarking
• Analyze performance data and recommend course corrections.
• Prepare structured insights and reports for management decision-making.

5. Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Prepare clear, data-backed reports on:
• Market opportunities
• New scope feasibility
• Execution outcomes
• Maintain documentation for all research and planning initiatives.
• Present insights in a concise, management-ready format.

• Number of viable new business scopes identified
• Accuracy and usefulness of market research
• Conversion of plans into executed initiatives

• Quality of insights and management reports

Experience & Skill RequirementsMandatory

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategy roles
• Strong exposure to B2B service-sector businesses
• Solid understanding of the UAE market
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research and analysis
• Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred

• Experience working with UAE-focused or international service businesses
• Exposure to compliance-driven, government, or industrial service sectors
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS, or business intelligence tools
• Ability to work in fast-moving, evolving environments
