Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong connections with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing strategies for market expansion, analyzing trends, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Creating pitches, presentations, proposals, and negotiating contracts to convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaboration: Working with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align goals and develop solutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Tracking sales metrics, monitoring performance, and reporting progress to management.
  • Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Core Duties

  • Customer Acquisition: Focus on bringing in new business.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales and increase market share.
  • Solution Selling: Recommend products/services that solve client pain points.
  • Pipeline Management: Guide leads through the sales funnel.
  • Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
