Position : Business Development / Key Accounts / Customer Relationship Executive / Manager Experience: 2+ years in Business Development / IT Sales (BFSI domain preferred) Domain : IT / BFSI Employment Type: Full-time Were based in Mumbai! Times Square Marol & SagarTech Plaza Sakinaka, Andheri (Mumbai), Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales coordination. Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, especially within IT & BFSI domains . CXO-Level Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers . Market Intelligence: Track industry trends , competitor activities, and BFSI opportunities. Solution Selling: Collaborate with delivery & technical teams to prepare proposals, SoWs, presentations, and RFP responses . Negotiations & Contracting: Manage pricing, rate cards, renewals , and commercial discussions. Invoicing & Collections: Ensure timely approvals for timesheets, invoices, and payments . Key Accounts / Customer Relationship / CRM Account Ownership: Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts. Relationship Management: Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients across IT & BFSI sectors. Account Growth: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow wallet share. Issue Resolution: Coordinate with delivery & support teams for smooth operations and timely resolutions . Client Review Meetings: Conduct QBRs/MBRs to gather feedback, discuss performance, and upcoming needs. CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records interactions, pipelines, meetings & communication logs. Customer Success: Drive client satisfaction initiatives , track NPS, and ensure retention. Contract & Compliance: Support renewals, extensions, documentation , and compliance processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors in Business / Marketing / IT (MBA in Marketing is a plus). 2+ years proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development (BFSI domain preferred). Strong understanding of IT Services, SaaS, APIs, Data Analytics, BI tools. Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools. Go-getter mindset with problem-solving ability, resilience, and target-driven approach. Logical & critical thinking with ability to provide client-specific solutions. BFSI Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector will be highly beneficial.
