Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales coordination
Identify and acquire new clients, especially in IT & BFSI domains
Build and manage relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers
Track market trends, competitor activities, and BFSI opportunities
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for proposals, SOWs, presentations, and RFP responses
Handle negotiations, pricing, rate cards, renewals, and commercial discussions
Ensure timely approvals for timesheets, invoicing, and collections
Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts
Build long-term, trusted client relationships across IT & BFSI sectors
Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Coordinate with internal delivery and support teams for smooth operations
Conduct QBRs/MBRs to review performance, gather feedback, and understand future requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records including pipelines, interactions, and meetings
Drive customer success initiatives, track NPS, and ensure client retention
Support contract renewals, extensions, documentation, and compliance
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT (MBA in Marketing preferred)
2+ years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development
Strong understanding of IT Services, Managed Services, SaaS, APIs, Data Analytics, and BI tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Target-driven, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Prior BFSI domain experience (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
