Role Description

The Business Development Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing and optimizing daily business operations, developing and executing strategic business plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, handling budgeting and resource planning, enhancing operational processes, and supporting sales activities to meet revenue objectives. The role requires effectively managing communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.


Experience: 7+ Years

Proven experience of working with IT Service company.

Must have experience in IT Offshore sales and marketing.

Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

Multi-tasking

Must be a good team player

Must have proven experience of Managing the Business Development Team. This will include evaluating their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with upper management. We will also confirm the reporting structure, understanding to whom they will be reporting.

Must have experience in defining the team targets and they must have proven experience of achieving the targets as well

Must have proven experience of actively participating in the design of sales strategies and forecasting.

Must have proven experience of Managing a total team management experience of over 10 team members.

Flexible in time manage international leads

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Providing management with reports and feedback

A strategy focused on Business Development activities

Build long-term relationships with new customers

Focus on repeat business while attracting new clients

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Target driven profile, must achieve personal and team targets


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Effective Communication abilities to handle internal and external collaboration
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation
  • Experience in Sales processes and strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and identify growth opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred
