Business Development Operations Manager

As a Business Development Operations Manager at Numaera, you will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with the Founder and take ownership of various key responsibilities. This hands-on role is crucial for the growth of the company and offers a pathway to a leadership position within 23 years. You must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be highly flexible, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond to help build and scale the business from the ground up. Additionally, the role will require frequent travel to multiple locations as part of day-to-day operations and expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate website, photography, and video shoots to maintain premium brand aesthetics. - Act as the primary point of contact for digital & PR agencies, coordinating briefs, approvals, and timelines to ensure brand messaging alignment. - Support premium brand events & wellness activations, assisting partnerships with gyms, clinics, hotels, and spas while managing on-ground coordination. - Shortlist and coordinate with influencers & KOLs, including creators, doctors, and nutritionists, focusing on quality over quantity and tracking deliverables. Qualifications Required for Ideal Candidate: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand/partnerships/influencer/agency role. - Experience or exposure to wellness, beauty, luxury, fashion, or hospitality industries. - Strong communication and organizational skills, with a good visual/aesthetic sense. - Interest in luxury wellness and brand building, with a bonus for experience in launches, shoots, or creator campaigns.
