Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, or asset branch operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
