Job title and Summary : (Business Development Executive) The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, strategic outreach, deal closures and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities : Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and potential clients. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches. Coordinate with the marketing manager and salesteams to align business goals. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and sales performance in CRM tools. Negotiate pricing and agreements within company guidelines. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to generate prospects. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications : Under Graduation or Post Graduation
Preferred Qualifications : MBA & BBA Industry-specific experience Experience with
CRM software Reporting Structure : 6 Day working (Monday to Saturday) Timings – (10 AM to 6PM)
