Job Description

seeking a Business Development Associates/ Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales to spearhead our enterprise software sales initiatives.

You will play an active role in customer engagements, strategy development, and deal closings. This position requires extensive experience in enterprise technical sales and a proven track record of scaling sales teams and exceeding sales goals.

  • Customer acquisitions starting from prospecting, identification & qualification of opportunities and pursuing opportunities for closure.
  • Understanding the product & Service offerings and reaching out to the suitable customers through multiple modes
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations for Potential prospective clients.
  • Own and exceed new business sales targets for the enterprise team.
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority.
  • Collaborate with presales & cross-functional teams for timely resolution of prospect s queries and closure.
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of software according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Coach and support team members
  • Accountable for pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with supporting teams.
  • Consistently achieve the targets in line with team or organization objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, setting strategic territory plans.

Required Skills/Experiences

  • Freshers/2-10 years of sales experienced in Enterprise software/technology based product
  • Should have experience in handling large Enterprise customers and complex deals
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Contract Negotiation and agreement closure
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targets
  • Prospects Management
  • Product knowledge/domain understanding as required
  • Effectively partner and work across all sales functions including Lead generation, presales and other Sales Representatives.
  • Master’s degree with oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
