Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Business Development Manager / Executive Assistant who can support leadership in expanding our business operations, managing clients, and driving strategic initiatives across Italy, UAE, and other markets. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Italian + English), understand the Italian market, and preferably have prior experience working with UAE clients or companies.

Key Responsibilities

✓ Develop new business opportunities across Italy, UAE, and global markets in real estate, technology or other vertical projects.

✓ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.

✓ Prepare proposals, pitch decks, reports, and business presentations.

✓ Support the management teams with executive-level tasks including scheduling, travel, documentation, and communication.

✓ Coordinate cross-border projects and ensure smooth client servicing and follow-ups.

✓ Manage confidential information, contracts, meeting notes, and executive summaries.

✓ Ensure effective lead generation, pipeline tracking, and business development execution.

✓ Strong corporate communication in Italian & English, with strong organizational skills.

✓ Prefer candidates with UAE market exposure or Italian Market Exposure, and experience in Business Development, Executive Support, Real Estate, or Technology

Required Skills & Qualifications

✓ Fluent in Italian & English (spoken and written).

✓ 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Executive Support, Sales, or Client Management

✓ Experience in Real Estate or Technology domains preferred.

✓ Prior exposure to UAE business culture or working with UAE clients is an added advantage.
